RFP for Special Education Transportation Services

Submission Due Date: March 13, 2015.

SAU 19 and the School Districts of Goffstown and New Boston invite proposals from student transportation contractors to provide Special Education Transportation Services, through a contract for services with an initial term of three (3) years with an option for extension of up to two (2) additional years. The RFP will be released on February 20, 2015 and will be available upon request from the SAU 19 Business Office or attached below. Proposals may be delivered in person or by USPS to the SAU 19 Business Office, 11 School Street, Goffstown, NH 03045. All proposals must be received by 3:30PM EST. SAU 19 reserves the right to extend this deadline by providing a written addendum to the Request for Proposal. Proposals submitted by facsimile or electronic mail will not be considered.

2014-2015 Student Accident Insurance

Lefebvre Insurance LLC of Wrentham, MA will administer this Voluntary (optional) Student Accident Insurance program again this year. For the 2014-2015 school year, the insurance program will be underwritten by the Commercial Travelers Mutual Insurance Company.

Parents can customize how they receive messages for general announcements, school newsletters, school cancellations, and attendance calls.  Log into the PowerSchool Parent Portal at sms.sau19.org and click the "Alert Solutions" link.  Be sure to click "Expand All" to see all of the options.  In the event of an emergency preferences are ignored and all parents will be notified.
