SAU 19 Confidential Suspicious/School Safety Reporting Process 

"If you see something, say something."

This is a confidential form to report your safety concerns.

A member of the SAU Threat Assessment Team will investigate every submission made through this reporting system. Not all submissions will require follow up.

Examples of things you may want to report:

  • weapons/dangerous items at school
  • threats or acts of violence
  • sexual assault
  • self-harm
  • cyber threats/hacking
  • observed drug use or sales

When to Call 911

Emergency/Imminent Danger

  • Active suicide threat
  • Actively threatening to harm self or others
  • Drug overdose
  • Severe intoxication
  • Self-injury in need of medical attention or that is life threatening
When to Call 988

Crisis

  • Suicidal thoughts
  • Talking about self-injury or harming others
  • Overuse of drugs or alcohol
  • Self-injury that can be cared for at home or that is non-life threatening
  • Mental illness symptoms

As a reminder, submissions of the form below should be made in good faith using information that, to the best of knowledge is true. We encourage community members to supply their name, phone number, and email should a member of the SAU Threat Assessment Team or police department need additional information. Not all instances will require follow-up. Thank you for understanding that community members that make a report will not be contacted with a resolution.
