Welcome to Mountain View Middle School

Our online registration portal is open for current grades 5 through 8 residing in Goffstown or grades 7 and 8 residing in New Boston. Registration for the 2024/2025 school year is now open as well. Please be sure to select the appropriate year on the pre-registration form.

If your child currently attends grade 4 at Bartlett or Maple Avenue, or grade 6 at New Boston Central, you do not need to register. Your child’s information will automatically be transferred to Mountain View. 

To begin the process, you will need to complete a brief online pre-registration form by visiting this website: https://sms.sau19.org/public/formbuilder/form.html?formid=1321290. We recommend using a device other than your phone for this process.  Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email that your pre-registration has been submitted to the school district.

After your pre-registration has been approved, you will receive a second email with directions on how to proceed with your online registration.  Please note that you will only receive this email during school hours.  If you have not received an email within 2-3 business days, please check your spam or junk folders.

In preparation, please have the following documents available to start your online registration.  As part of the process, we encourage you to upload electronic copies.  If you are unable to scan your documents, you can take photos with your mobile device as long as they are readable. 

• Birth Certificate
• Two Proofs of Residency
• Utility bill or deposit receipt indicating address
• Purchase and Sales Agreement
• Driver's License
• Lease Agreement
• Voter Registration
• Social Services Papers – Social Security, AFDC
• Rent Receipt including verification of Landlord’s address and phone number
• Welfare card
• Immunization Record
• Physical dated within the last year
